Lockdown has put a pause button in our cozy life. Living on rationed food while sharing all household chores with families has become the ‘new norm’. It’s definitely the most stressful time of our life.
But that doesn’t mean we abandon good food especially which can be made in within few minutes and of course with minimal effort. And our beloved Lebu Sandesh will top my chart of delicacies.
Three Ingredients Sandesh it is; Plain and simple.
And these are very basic ingredients which can be found in any kitchen now even in lockdown period.
There’s NO FANCY ingredients like Milk Powder or Mawa/Khoya are required for this soft delicate Sandesh and still Lebu Sandesh will ‘Melt in your Mouth‘ literally.

Read the entire recipe and Notes carefully before you start cooking. Do make sure all ingredients are at room temperature (unless mentioned) and weighed or measured correctly in appropriate weighing scale or measuring instruments such as cups or spoons. Remember these are not regular cups or spoons which is used in daily life.
