In my previous post I shared with you guys how I celebrate my every weekends with my loved ones. I also mentioned that being a lazy person how I trick them by serving a bowl full of chicken pakora (ahha now that’s an easy recipe :-P) But what I never imagined even in my wildest dream is my grand pa used to do the exact same thing. Recently I came to know when my father was a kid there was a rule at my grand pa’s place, every kid should complete their assignments and all tasks before evening on Friday. And then there was the feast waiting for them; muri r tele bhaja (puffed rice with deep fried items).
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast: 400 gms
Boiled potato: 2

Do u serve it cutting it halfway? Or as a whole?
Rimli says
Generally it is served as whole like regular chop/cutlet. I had sliced it into halves to show the interior part of the devil.

I wonder if we can use chicken sausage along with the potato for a variation and shortcut. I will definitely make this, as I am a big fan of eggs.
