Recently I heard from many people, especially foodies that ‘Baner is going to be the next big hub of Pune after Koregaon Park’. As I live nearby I keep searching for new food joints in Baner area and after making few rounds from Baner to Balewadi I realized there are actually plenty of food joints but not many good restaurants. So I used to wonder where these people visit and why I can’t find such places!

Breaded and deep fried chicken strips were served with spicy peanut relish. Crunchy breadcrumb coat was well seasoned with juicy chicken tender inside. And the creamy peanut sauce is salty, spicy which tasted so good with the crispy chicken pieces. But the serving size is too little for two; may be it is good to go as single serving.
Personally I love spicy beef chili fry but never tried with Asian flavor before. So I was kind of keen to taste this once I checked the item name on the table. Yes, it is not their permanent item; you can find it out on the menu card they’ve provided on your table. This beef chilly is mildly spicy, saucy with loads of peppers and onion. Thin strips of beef were finely cooked and very well balanced sauce was delicious; not too spicy not too sour but a harmony of Asian flavors. Don’t miss this if you are a beef lover.
Chermoula is a brilliant addition to the seafood in Moroccan cuisine. Incognito’s this mildly spicy marinade has loads of coriander leaves which cause the fresh green color. Chermoula soaked prawns were soft and cooked perfectly, not rubbery at all. Naan were served in strips which added an international touch to the whole dish. Pillowy naan was surprisingly soft which is hard to find in Pune’s any standard Indian restaurant. And the whole dish tasted great with the red pepper relish and green salad.
