My love for Chai is enormous and beyond mortal world.
On my leisure days I often make a large teapot full of Adrak wali Chai and keep it on my study table with a jar of assorted cookies or biscuits.
So I made the tea and I can vouch for my tea recipe 😋 You may find my videos of Adrak wali Chai, Masala Chai, Doodh Cha, Irani Chai floating all over YouTube if you are interested in making them at home.
Today is my lucky leisure day after weeks, meaning it’s a date with my books.
Yes, of course I couldn’t resist taking this shot while everything is messed up harmoniously on my table.
Adrak Chai or Ginger Tea is the second most popular Chai across India during winter and monsoon after Masala Chai. This Adrak Chai is flavoured with CTC tea & further spiced up with fresh or dried ginger and boiled in milk to make a rich sweet hot beverage. This Ginger Milk Tea is bit spicier version of Bengali Milk Tea and lighter version of Indian Masala Chai.
