Bhat, Mach, Lyadh are the three important legs of Bong-Sunday-life. And fourth and the most important one is busy with Bhat-ghum right now.
That loosely translates to Rice, Fish and Lethargy and Afternoon Nap, these are the four legs of a Bong-life.
Food on Plate: Bhapa Bhetki (steamed Barramundi in unique Mustard based sauce) and steamed Rice. We enhance the flavours with additional Virgin Mustard Oil and balance it with dash of freshly squeezed Lime juice & pinch of salt.
