Chicken Paturi more popularly known as কলাপাতায় মুরগির পাতুরী in Bengali.
Murgir Paturi is a quick and delicious chicken recipe where chicken is wrapped and cooked in fresh banana leaves along with homemade paturi spice mix.
Cooking Hilsa, Bhetki (fish) and prawns wrapped in banana leaves is a unique Bengali style cooking with minimal oil consumption by steaming it. The well marinated meat turns tender, juicy and absorbs all the flavours from spices while steaming wrapped in fresh banana leaves.
