Restaurant Style Chicken Reshmi Kabab cooked on tava without any Tandoor Oven.
Succulent tender chicken is the specialty of Reshmi Kabab which comes from well rested meat in freshly made marinade. And my foolproof recipe of Chicken Reshmi Tikka Recipe justifies the name of the dish perfectly. It produces delicious Indian style Reshmi Kabab at home every time, without any failure.
It’s rich, silky smooth, tastes just like restaurant but doesn’t require tandoor oven. I use my regular tava on gastop to make this Chicken Kabab. I had Green Chutney already and some impromptu Desi Salad will keep us full, hopefully.

Read the entire recipe and Notes carefully before you start cooking. Do make sure all ingredients are at room temperature (unless mentioned) and weighed or measured correctly in appropriate weighing scale or measuring instruments such as cups or spoons.
