So that we can eat MANGO KULFI on breakfast & supper. Did you know already?
Mango Kulfi is an Indian style No Cook No Churn Mango Ice cream which is Eggless, creamy and enriched with fresh mangoes. This Instant Mango Kulfi Ice cream Recipe will make kulfi in 5 mins without any corn flour or bread or khoya/mawa.
Instant MANGO KULFI is full of Magic, all you need is 5 minutes and 3 basic ingredients from your pantry! It works like a soothing balm in this brutal heat and totally capable to lift up our mood in no time.
And when we can whip up a batch of Eggless Kulfi Ice cream without any ice cream maker & no cooking involved it feels nothing less than heaven.
This Mango Kulfi doesn’t need any cornflour or bread or khoya/mawa or rice flour to thicken Kulfi mixture at all.

Read the entire recipe and Notes carefully before you start cooking. Do make sure all ingredients are at room temperature (unless mentioned) and weighed or measured correctly in appropriate weighing scale or measuring instruments such as cups or spoons. Remember these are not regular cups or spoons which is used in daily life.
- Mango: 1, fully ripe
- Fresh cream: 200 ml
- Condensed milk: 3 tbsp
- Milk powder: 2 tbsp
- pinch of Salt
- Salt: 1.4 tsp
- To Serve
- few pieces of fresh mango
- Or, Nuts or dry fruits of your choice
- Wash & Clean mangoes. Discard the top & slice mango lengthwise from both sides of seed.
- Cut the mango flesh diagonally & scoop the the flesh. This is the easiest way to extract maximum pulp from mango at home.
- Pour mangoes in a blender along with the juice.
- Add pinch of salt. Add cardamom powder at this point if using any.
- Now make a smooth puree in blender without any additional water.
- Transfer the mango puree in a large bowl
- Add fresh cream, condensed milk & whisk to incorporate everything.
- Add our secret agent, milk powder & mix well. There shouldn't be any lumps at all and mixture should be in smooth pouring consistency.
- Now pour the mixture into Kulfi molds with tightly fitted lid.
- In case of Kulfi on stick (popsicles) wrap the opening of mixture filled molds with metal foil & make small slit on top. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Set the molds in freezer for 2-4 hrs or overnight.
- To remove kulfi from molds roll each mold between palms or dip bottom half of each kulfi mold in a bowlful of water and pull with the stick or pour over the serving dish (in case of stick-less kulfi).
- Garnish with chopped mangoes or nuts of your choice & serve immediately.
