Recently I’ve realized Tandoori, Kebab and Tikkas work best for lazy-bum-weekend meals. Why?
1. First of all these foods taste absolutely delicious with rustic charm to keep you rewarded.
2. They require basic pantry friendly ingredients.
3. You can marinate and freeze a barge batch to cook and consume later according to your need.
4. This way you can get your tikka/kabab always ready under 15 mins to serve your whole family.
5. And best part is you can shuffle your side dishes for every meal, from desi salad to ghee laden roti to raita depending on your mood and requirements.
Today I’m sharing my simplest recipe of Restaurant style Tandoori Pomfret on Gas Stove without any Tandoor or Oven.
Homecooked Tandoori Pomfret tastes best because of fresh Pomfret of course, a good marinade and most importantly fresh Homemade Tandoori Masala.
This Pomfret Tandoori Recipe will produce delicious Indian style Grilled Pomfret with soft extremely tender flesh at home every time. Enjoy with Green Chutney and Desi Salad.
Cheers to Good Food and Happy Life.

Read the entire recipe and Notes carefully before you start cooking. Do make sure all ingredients are at room temperature (unless mentioned) and weighed or measured correctly in appropriate weighing scale or measuring instruments such as cups or spoons. Remember these are not regular cups or spoons which is used in daily life.
